Job Title: Restaurant Bartender

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Consistently provide warm, engaging, and authentic service to guests in line with Unscripted Hospitality. Build personal connections, anticipate guest needs, and create a welcoming environment.
• Mix and Serve Drinks: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with expertise, precision, and attention to detail. Craft signature cocktails and provide recommendations tailored to guest preferences.
• Maintain Cleanliness and Organization: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked. Ensure proper inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed.
• Engage with Guests: Create memorable experiences for guests by going above and beyond in your interactions. Use Unscripted Hospitality to exceed expectations with a personal touch and spontaneous gestures of kindness.
• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service operations, timely order deliveries, and guest satisfaction.
• Stay Knowledgeable: Keep up to date with the latest trends in the beverage industry, including new cocktail recipes, wine varieties, and spirits.
• Handle Cash and Payments: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, and maintain a secure cash drawer.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-end environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests and build rapport quickly.
• A passion for hospitality and an enthusiasm for providing Unscripted Hospitality that makes each guest feel valued.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, modern trends, wine, and spirits.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• TABC (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) certification is required or must be obtained upon hiring.
