We’re looking for a Front Office Night Auditor who embodies this philosophy and is ready to add their personal touch to our night team.

Role Overview:

As a Front Office Night Auditor, you will be the face of our hotel during the overnight hours. You will combine customer service with accounting responsibilities to ensure smooth operations at the front desk, uphold high standards of guest satisfaction, and provide an excellent guest experience at all times. Your role is crucial in maintaining the flow of guest services while performing key financial reconciliations and audits.

The ideal candidate will not only be detail-oriented and capable of multitasking but also demonstrate our core value of Unscripted Hospitality by offering innovative solutions to every guest’s unique needs and consistently delivering an authentic, unexpected experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service Excellence: Greet and engage guests upon arrival or during their stay, offering personalized assistance and ensuring all requests are met with a sense of care and creativity.
  • Night Audit & Financial Accuracy: Perform nightly audits, ensuring all guest transactions are accurately posted, including payments, charges, and credits, while maintaining compliance with hotel policies.
  • Problem-Solving with a Personal Touch: Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with a focus on delivering "unscripted" solutions—creating unique, memorable experiences.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and support during the overnight shift.
  • Safety & Security: Ensure the security of the hotel and its guests, conduct regular checks of the property and respond to emergencies or concerns swiftly and effectively.
  • Report Preparation: Complete financial and operational reports, maintaining accuracy and adherence to established guidelines.
  • Inventory & Systems Management: Oversee and update systems for guest room availability, reservations, and billing, ensuring all details are correct and up-to-date.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Experience: Previous experience in the front office or customer service roles, preferably in the hospitality industry. Night auditing experience is a plus.
  • Skills: Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Mindset: A passion for people and creating unforgettable moments. A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a natural ability to connect with others.
