BlueBlood is an exciting F&B concept centered around the Nikkei cuisine, an unique mash-up between Peruvian and Japanese culinary traditions, located in the city center of The Hague.

As a Mixologist, you are the face and voice of BlueBlood. You mix all drinks for our guests making sure that the unexpected wishes are met. You will be the narrators to our guest's exploration of BlueBlood’s commitment to culinary excellence; marrying great local flavors with thoughtful and meaningful attention to detail. At BlueBlood, we deliver more than just incredible food and drinks. We create extraordinary experiences for our guests with our dedication to legendary customer service and an authentic approach to customer care and interactions. Requirements
As BlueBlood Mixologist you have the following already in your DNA;
- Is available for part-time or full time working;
- Likes to work during morning shifts (from 06.00h), evening shifts (until 23.00h, leaving exceptions out), and everything in between;
- Is flexible with regards to working weekdays/weekends/festive days
- Is energetic and charismatic
- Is open and collaborative
- Has the motivation to be taught new skills and has a learner mindset
- Has the capability and determination to deliver service at the highest levels every day
- Being hospitable, teamwork and stress-resistant as natural quality
- Has strong work ethic and attitude is flexible with working hours
- Speaks both Dutch language as well as the English language
- Has good communication skills
- Is very enthusiastic to be working in a winning team and a brand-new concept
- Is both able to work independently as well as to work within a team
- Has proven experience in the service industry within particular Mixology
