Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Provide exceptional service throughout the dining experience.
• Take accurate orders and ensure proper timing of food and beverage delivery.
• Offer menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding ingredients and preparation methods.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively address any concerns or requests.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring health and safety standards are met.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who possesses a strong willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Work Habits:

In order to maintain a positive guest and associate experience, your work habits should always meet and strive to exceed hotel standards for work procedures, dress, grooming, punctuality and attendance.  You should be adaptable to change in your work area and in hotel procedures with a willingness to learn new skills and/or improve existing ones, have the ability to solve routine problems that occur on the job and ask for help whenever you are not sure how to do something.

Safety & Security:

The safety and security of our guests and associates is of utmost importance to Crescent Hotels & Resorts.  Every Crescent associate should adhere to the hotel security policies and procedures, particularly regarding key controls, lifting heavy objects, using chemicals, and effectively reporting safety hazards and safety concerns.
