As a Spa Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of delivering world-class service and ensuring our spa remains an oasis of relaxation and rejuvenation.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead & Inspire: Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring your team is motivated, well-trained, and performing at their best to provide top-tier service.
  • Guest Experience: From the moment guests walk in, you’ll ensure their complete satisfaction—whether it’s scheduling, addressing concerns, or recommending treatments.
  • Maintain Tranquility: Ensure the spa is pristine, with spotless facilities and a calming ambiance, creating a peaceful environment for our guests to unwind.
  • Retail & Inventory: Manage retail and professional product inventory, assist with product recommendations, and maximize sales while enhancing the guest experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with front desk agents and therapists to keep operations smooth, efficient, and high-energy, ensuring that guests always feel welcome.
  • Problem Solver: Address guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented attitude to maintain the spa’s reputation for excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage, motivate, and supervise a team in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with guests and team members alike.
  • Experience: 2+ years in spa or hospitality management, ideally in a hotel or resort spa setting.
  • Passion for Wellness: Knowledgeable about spa treatments, wellness trends, and product recommendations to upsell and enhance the guest experience.
  • Organizational Excellence: Ability to manage schedules, inventories, and cash flow while maintaining a calm and organized environment.
