Join Our Spa Team as a Male Spa Host!

Are you passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences in a tranquil and luxurious setting? As a Spa Host, you’ll be the face of our spa, welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism while ensuring their every need is met. If you're enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and love helping others relax and unwind, this is the perfect role for you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Create Memorable Experiences: Greet and orient guests, ensuring they feel welcome, relaxed, and informed as they enter the spa.
  • Guide Guests with Care: Escort guests to their lockers, providing them with robes and slippers, and offer assistance whenever needed throughout their visit.
  • Keep the Spa Flowing: Help maintain the cleanliness and order of all guest areas—lounge, locker rooms, fitness center, and wet facilities—to create a serene, well-stocked environment.
  • Coordinate & Communicate: Answer phones, route calls, manage emails, and assist with reservations, ensuring smooth communication between guests and spa staff.
  • Provide Seamless Service: Help with turning rooms between treatments, assist with spa laundry, and make sure that retail and professional product inventory stays up-to-date.
  • Guest Support: Provide confirmation calls, address any last-minute changes in appointments, and ensure guests receive timely, accurate information about services.
  • Share the Experience: Confidently recommend and up-sell spa services and retail products to enhance the guest’s experience.
  • Maintain a Tranquil Environment: Contribute to a calm, relaxing atmosphere by ensuring cleanliness and the immaculate presentation of all areas of the spa.
  • Ensure Satisfaction: Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality, resolve any concerns, and ensure their time at the spa is nothing short of perfect.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or the salon/spa industry is a plus. Experience with spa software and Microsoft Office is preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to work with multi-line phone systems, sell products, and confidently educate guests on treatments and services.

Physical & Environmental Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
