What You’ll Do

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the Front of the House, ensuring smooth service and an excellent guest experience. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading, training, and mentoring the front-of-house team to uphold our high standards of service.
• Coordinating and assisting with day-to-day operations, including opening/closing, reservations, and floor management.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction by addressing any service issues promptly and professionally.
• Supporting the restaurant team in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient environment.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service between the Front and Back of House.
• Upholding Marriott’s core values and The Tillery’s standards of hospitality at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume restaurant or hotel environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems and guest satisfaction management.
