Hotel Barrière Fouquet's - New York is looking for an experienced and responsible Guest Service Agent. As Guest Services, you will ensure the guests have a great experience. You will exhibit a friendly and professional demeanor in all guest interactions as you document and ensure any issues are resolved. This position reports to the Director of Front Office. The best guest service representatives will have tremendous patience when dealing with guests and accommodate their every need with enthusiasm and poise.
