Manage the maintenance and repair of the hotel buildings, grounds and contents in a cost-effective manner and ensure the efficient and safe operation of all plant and equipment.

有效地管理酒店的建筑，室内外地面和设施的维护保养，确保所有饰面处于良好状态。

What will I be doing?

我的具体职责是什么?

1.Maintain all the paint work in the hotel.

维修保养酒店所有的油漆工作。               

2.Repair and maintain all woodwork.

负责维修保养酒店所有木制品。

3.Repair and maintain all marble and floor tile.

负责维修保养酒店大理石和所有地砖。

4.Follow the instructions of the Decoration Supervisor.

按照装修主管的布置进行工作。

5.Check doors, mechanical locks, door closers, carpets, windows, window locks, tables, chairs, etc. regularly, and deal with maintenance orders in time.

定期检查门、机械门锁、闭门器、地毯、窗户、窗锁、桌、椅等，对维修单进行及时处理。

6.Regular inspection of Ceiling latex paint, furniture paint, wall, etc., do a good job of maintenance.

定期检查天花乳胶漆，家具油漆，墙面等，做好维护保养工作。

工作技能技巧要求：

1.Possess knowledge of the requirements of government regulations and technical rules.

2.To be capable of following specifications for hotel services.

3.Possess knowledge of energy conservation.

 有节能方面的知识。

4. To repair damaged old furniture and carpet, wallpaper, ceiling, door, hardware, lock must have some experience, can put forward solutions.

 对维修损坏的旧家具及地毯、墙纸、吊顶，门、五金，锁具要有一定的经验，能够提出解决方案。

5.Some painter, carpenter, mason and architecture knowledge.

 具备基本的油漆工、木工、瓦工和建筑的知识。
