Efficiently coordinate the day-to-day operation of the front office operations负责协调每日前厅部日常运营
Ensure that VIP guests are provided with personal, attentive and caring service确保为给每个VIP客人提供殷勤、周到且个性化的服务
Responsible for HHonors program and benefits负责希尔顿荣誉会员计划及其相关待遇
Accurately update and maintain guest information in the China Police Report system保证客人信息正确、完整的录入中国公安报告系统
Act as a role model, exemplifying delivery of Hilton Brand Service Standards在工作中以Hilton的品牌服务标准为依据
Attend briefings, shift handovers and other relevant meetings参加例会、交接班和其它相关会议
Be familiar with hotel’s contingency plan熟练掌握酒店突发事件处理预案
Completes shift report checks- rate, room discrepancy, credit check, blacklist report确保检查包括:房价、房态差异、信用核查、酒店黑名单等相关报表
Comply with Health & Safety, emergency, fire and hotel rules and regulations遵守有关健康安全、紧急事件、火警和酒店规则等相关章程
Daily checks on the VIP lists and ordering of corresponding amenities每天检查VIP客人名单,为客人准备相关的礼遇事宜

Required Qualifications必要的资历要求:
High school certificate- required高等学校毕业证——必须
Diploma or University degree in Hotel & Catering Management- desirable酒店和餐饮管理学校的文凭或学位——优先考虑
At least 3 years working experience in a similar role (5 star hotel)三年或以上相关工作经验(五星级酒店)
Computer skills- Fidelio Version 6电脑操作技巧——Fidelio Version 6
Solid communication skills过硬的沟通能力
Competent English language skills and proficient in Mandarin Chinese英语熟练,普通话流利
