We are looking for our next great team member to join us on our Sales team at the Bethesdan Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. We are committed to providing you with:
As the Sales Manager, you will be focused on selling, growing the business and managing accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and exceed revenue goals. This will include but not limited to conducting site visits, performing outside calls, attending trade shows, communicating and coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and developing relationships with clients. Other duties include preparing reports, develop and conduct persuasive verbal sales presentations to prospective clients and maintain knowledge of hotel, market, and brand. Market experience is preferred, but it is not required. Hilton experience is a plus, but not required. This position does require previous hotel experience. Salary range for this position is $60-70k a year and is eligible for a bonus program based on achieving set goals. Sales Managers are Overtime Eligible Managers (OEM).
