Join Our Team as a Lead Front Desk Agent at Marriott Owings Mills!

What You’ll Do:

As the Lead Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the face of our hotel, setting the tone for our guests’ entire stay. You’ll guide and support the front desk team, ensuring each guest feels welcomed, cared for, and valued. Your role is essential in creating seamless check-ins, managing guest inquiries, and maintaining a high standard of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins/outs and prompt guest service.
  • Lead and mentor the front desk team, providing training, support, and guidance.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and poise.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a flawless guest experience.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including billing, reservations, and room assignments.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for guest service.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in a front desk or hospitality role.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver exceptional service.
  • Knowledge of hotel systems (Marriott experience is a plus!)
