Your Role

You will be the maestro of our food and beverage operations, balancing the art of culinary excellence with the science of business management. From staff leadership and training, to menu creation and customer service, your touch will be on every aspect of our food and beverage offerings. You’ll also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, because we value the wellbeing of our team and guests above all.

Your arena encompasses all our outlets, such as 20 West, Petersburg's first rooftop bar and lounge, and The Boiler Room, our spirits bar inspired by speakeasies, as well as our facilities for private events and banquets. You’ll work closely with our General Manager, striving to exceed quality and service standards, boost profits and keep expenses in check.

Your Superpowers

• Leading and managing the day-to-day activities of our banquets, restaurant, and bar staff
• Creating and implementing enticing menus, promotions, and package deals
• Developing and managing business plans and budgets
• Responding promptly and professionally to customer feedback and needs
• Working a flexible schedule that may include weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Your Credentials

We're looking for someone with the skills, experience, and character that will make our food and beverage offerings unforgettable. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in hotel F&B management (2-4 years or more preferred)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for effectively managing staff
• Service-oriented professional with exceptional presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit with high energy and strong motivational leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to take initiative and resolve issues proactively
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service
• Courteous, positive, and pleasant demeanor
• Outstanding organizational and administrative skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and POS systems
