At Hospitality Ventures Management Group, we manage a portfolio of 2-3 Hotels (Full & Select Service) throughout the portfolio of 56 hotels in 19 states! As the Director of Revenue Management, you will play a vital role in coordinating revenue management processes and procedures for our hotels. Your key priorities will be to maximize each hotel's room revenue and RevPAR index potential. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement pricing strategies, analyze demand factors, and optimize distribution channel strategy. Additionally, you will provide forecasting recommendations to our general managers and conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of the game.
