Compensation: $100,000 to $110,000 per year, plus bonus, Full-Time
Must have flexibility to work AM, PM and Weekends

We are looking for a passionate leader to spearhead our membership and VIP initiatives. 

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Membership Development at Fouquet's New York.

The Director will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with membership growth, communication with members, customer service, and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Membership Growth:

Develop and implement strategic initiatives to attract and retain a diverse membership base. Curate the experience in becoming a member of the Fouquet's New York.  

Sales & Outreach: Proactively identify and pursue new membership opportunities to broaden our reach. 

Member Engagement:

Curate and oversee innovative events and programs that enhance the member experience. 

Revenue Management:

Track performance metrics to ensure financial goals and profitability are met. 

Building Loyalty: 

Foster a strong network among members to create a connected and thriving community. 

Ideal Candidate Profile: 

-  Expertise in Luxury Memberships:

-  A background in high-end, niche membership programs is essential. - 

-  Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to design and execute effective membership strategies. 

-  Sales Savvy: Strong skills in attracting and retaining premium members, with a successful track record. 

-  Results-Oriented Leader 

-  Confident decision-maker focused on driving growth and achieving excellence. 

Qualifications

  • Membership Development and Growth skills
  • Communication and Customer Service proficiency
  • Sales experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving membership sales targets
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
  • Experience in the hospitality or luxury industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
