Summary of Position:
The Property Management System Administrator will provide technical oversight with planning, implementation, and management of property management systems across the Marc & Rose portfolio. Reporting to the Corporate Director of IT, the Property Management System Administrator will be responsible for enhancing user experiences, ensuring efficient system operations, and producing innovative solutions for a variety of complex problems. This role requires strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to optimize the technology ecosystems for the business.
Essential Functions:

Provide technical oversight in planning, implementing, and managing the property management system across the entire portfolio.
Enhance user experiences, ensure efficient system operations, and develop innovative solutions to address complex challenges.
Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to optimize property management technology for business objectives.
Manage relationships with internal teams, including Operations and Finance, to ensure system alignment with business needs.
Partner with third-party vendors to evaluate, implement, and optimize property management technology solutions.
Identify opportunities for system improvements, automation, and advanced reporting capabilities to drive operational efficiency.
Research and evaluate emerging technologies and trends in property technology, recommending innovative solutions to maintain a competitive edge.
Troubleshoot operational issues, escalate when necessary, and implement effective resolutions.
Assist the IT team with support tickets and requests, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Uphold the Marc & Rose Hospitality culture by embodying the company’s vision, values, and standards for genuine hospitality.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the VP of IT & Cybersecurity, Director of Information Technology, or General Manager.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience: 5+ years’ experience in Hotel Property Management Systems
Certificates or Licenses: N/A

Ability to learn quickly, self-start, and work in high paced environment with little supervision
