Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Unscripted Hospitality: Provide personalized, attentive service with a genuine and spontaneous approach, making each guest feel special and cared for. Go above and beyond to exceed expectations and create unforgettable experiences.
• Take and Serve Orders: Accurately take food and drink orders, provide menu recommendations, and ensure timely and precise service. Stay informed about daily specials, menu changes, and ingredients to offer expert guidance to guests.
• Maintain a Positive Dining Experience: Ensure that all guest needs are met in a timely and professional manner, from greeting them with a friendly smile to ensuring their meal is to perfection.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work seamlessly with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to ensure efficient operations and outstanding guest service. Communication is key to keeping everything running smoothly.
• Monitor Guest Satisfaction: Check in with guests during their meal to ensure they are satisfied and promptly address any concerns or requests. Use your knowledge and charm to turn any situation into an opportunity for delight.
• Manage Multiple Tables: Balance service to multiple tables while maintaining a calm and positive demeanor. Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient and smooth service during busy periods.
• Up-Sell and Suggestive Selling: Use your knowledge of the menu and beverages to suggest additional items and maximize the guest experience, enhancing their meal with thoughtful recommendations.
• Maintain Cleanliness and Organization: Keep your section neat and tidy, including refilling drinks, clearing dishes, and resetting tables quickly. Ensure that service stations are fully stocked and organized throughout your shift.

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant serving experience in a high-end or fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and engage with guests.
• A passion for delivering Unscripted Hospitality by creating authentic connections with guests and making them feel at home.
• Strong multitasking abilities and a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Ability to lift and carry trays, food, and drinks.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• TABC (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) certification is required or must be obtained upon hiring.
