Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring part-time Baristas to join our team at Tenaya Lodge At Yosemite in Fish Camp, California. As a Barista, you will deliver excellent guest service through mastery of coffee knowledge and recipes, educating team members and customers, and making beverages to brand specifications. What will you do?

  • Inform guests about additional items and use suggestive selling techniques.
  • Serve food and beverage items in correct proportions, following all health, safety, and proper sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist in opening or closing of the location.
  • Perform clean-up duties, including cleaning equipment.
  • Record all transactions via the point of sale system;maintain accurate cash count and balance banks at end of shift.
  • Collect money for food and beverage items; process credit cards or determine correct change for guests.

Physical requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and perform repetitivemotions throughout your shift.
  • Ability to remain stationary for the entire length of shift.
  • Ability to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 pounds.

Delaware North has owned and operated the AAA Four Diamond rated Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite since 2002. Tenaya is an all-season resort featuring lodge rooms and cottage rooms, 50 Explorer Cabins, a rich range of recreational activities, a 10,000 square-foot luxury spa, ample meeting and event space, indoor and outdoor pools and five dining venues located on the property. It's located just two miles from Yosemite National Park.
