Description

  • Assists all departments in all aspects of purchasing and receiving supplies of all types including stocking, rotating, and organizing storerooms, refrigerators, and freezers.
  • Inspects all items received ensuring that every order received meets property standards. Ensures that the delivery matches the items ordered. Documents all discrepancies thoroughly.
  • Receives deliveries, including signing for products received, verifying the actual physical count of each item, and adjusting the vendor packing slip/invoice (if required) so that it properly reflects all products received.
  • Ensures that all goods received are moved and stored in the appropriate locations. Helps replenish bibs and consumables for self-service beverage machines.
  • Ensures that receiving is performed daily in the purchasing software, all receiving documents, packing slip/invoices are scanned/saved in the respective shared file and all physical receiving documentation is sent to Accounts Payable each workday.
  • Maintains adequate warehouse inventory and delivers items requested by the departments.
  • Assist finance in coordinating receiving activities to ensure proper processing of invoices.
  • Participates in monthly inventories. Works with F&B operations to reduce loss through spoilage, damage, and theft.
  • Keeps the receiving areas clean and organized, adhering to Health Code Standards and Polices regarding food service, food storage, cleaning, and sanitation.
  • Responds courteously, efficiently, and accurately in interactions with vendors/suppliers and property management.
  • Always adheres to all regulatory, company, and departmental regulations, policies, and procedures.

Bally’s Black Hawk North Casino is owned and operated by Bally's Corporation. Its 18,000 sq ft gaming space is spread over three floors.

The casino floor offers over 400 slot machines including new themes, classic reel slot and video poker. Table players enjoy live-action on 8 table games featuring Blackjack, Craps, and Roulette.  There is also a High Limit area on the 2nd floor of the casino.  The casino features a Sportsbook and a Sportsbook Bar, with a large video wall, 11 additional TVs, 8 sports betting kiosks and 2 off-track betting terminals, and a VIP Lounge.

The B Bar is located on the 2nd floor and offers a full selection of frozen daiquiris. Guests can dine in the Casino Cafe & Grille, serving southern restaurant cuisine.

Bally's Black Hawk West Casino, formerly Golden Gates Casino, is the second of the three casinos in Black Hawk, Colorado owned and operated by Bally's Corporation.
The West venue features nearly 200 slots and video poker machines, along with 8 table games and a 17-table "poker parlour," which runs daily cash games and tournaments. Guests can dine in a restaurant and a full-service bar.
