What You’ll Be Doing

As a Host/Hostess, you’ll be the friendly face that sets the tone for our guests’ dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Warm Welcomes: Greet guests with a smile and assist them with their dining needs.
  • Seating Pro: Manage the seating chart to ensure a smooth dining flow.
  • Dining Room Harmony: Monitor activity to maintain an enjoyable atmosphere.
  • Opening & Closing: Help with setup, side work, and end-of-shift duties like cleaning and stocking.
  • Team Spirit: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking friendly, adaptable team players who bring:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • A knack for creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • The ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift (lifting up to 25 lbs).
  • A high school diploma or equivalent and a few months of related experience (preferred but not required).

Located in downtown Lexington, the hotel is 4 miles from Blue Grass Airport and Keeneland Racecourse.
