Description
As a Maintenance Trainee, you will support the Maintenance Team to ensure that maintenance operations within the hotel, including general maintenance of the energy conservation property, are working properly and according to standards.
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks following the highest standards:
o Support the performance of routine and daily preventive maintenance of hotel rooms.
o Respond promptly and effectively to any maintenance calls that arise
o Support the execution of the preventive maintenance program and ensure that all equipment and designated areas are maintained at the required level.
o Assist in the implementation of the energy conservation program
o Recommend improvements in the maintenance and energy saving system
o Maintain all tools, equipment, and work areas in good repair
