Join our vibrant finance team and take on the key role of Accounts Receivable Clerk, where you will manage the essential billing and collection processes for our leading hospitality brand.

What will I be doing?

Fully support the Credit Team within the Finance department by following charges and credit procedures and balancing accounts frequently.

• Accounts Receivable Processing: Ensure a smooth operation of billing and collection in full compliance with our policies, standards, regulatory and contractual framework.
• Reconciliation: reconcile the entries in the internal systems to the overviews of external credit cards providers
• Client Relations and Reconciliation: Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies, ensuring smooth financial transactions and collection of funds.
• Revenue Management: Issue the invoices, work closely with sales and finance teams to monitor revenue, track outstanding payments.
• Compliance and Control: Contribute and support the department for the efficient operation of Billing and Collection and the activities related to credit control, billing and collection.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Act as a liaison across departments, including Commercial, Sales, all operating departments and Front Office, to enhance financial accuracy and support efficient hotel operations.
• Month end procedures: On monthly basis deliver month end closure for the given area and specific accounts

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel; experience with Navision or industry-specific tools such Birchstreet, JobRouter would be a plus Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large volume of complex financial information from many sources and create reports, forecasts, and projections Attention to Detail: Precision in reconciling and managing complex accounts and ensuring accuracy in accounting for the receivables. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, including ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with others as appropriate Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and maintain positive client relations (communication in both English and Czech language)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting, but not MUST.
• Finance, or related field experience is a plus.
• Experience in a hospitality finance environment is a significant advantage.
