Compensation: $20 to $21 hourly depending on experience, Hybrid Remote, Full-Time

Your Role And Responsibilities

As an important player on our HR team, you will:

  • Perform verification of payroll reconciliation and payroll processing for all hotel properties and corporate, ensuring accuracy
  • Act as a point of contact for HR software/email access and other HR related queries
  • Be the liaison for benefit issues from property level and coordinate with HRIS/Carrier
  • Process corporate employee, GM, and DOS new hire onboarding
  • Monitor hotel employee onboarding to ensure all requirements are met
  • Analyze employee separations to ensure documentation is complete
  • Review employee changes/actions in the system, including pay changes and status
  • Maintain list of company drivers, ensuring all forms are collected and copies of current insurance provided
  • Request MVR results for company drivers and compares results against the allowed standards in the Handbook/Driving Policy
  • Updates the digital communication platform with corporate communication and assisting GMs with their local communication and slides
  • Maintain HR critical date calendar for relevant regulatory reporting as well as internal process requirements
  • Maintain job description database
  • Monitors re-occurring events such as evaluations
  • Monitor legal updates for state and federal regulations
  • Assist with wage surveys and market research
  • Assist with forms/templates/Resource Library database
  • Complete reference checks as requested
  • Create requested monthly/bi-weekly reports
  • Assist with monitoring required training and development
  • Monitor digital employee files for correct documentation and assist with filing
  • Assists with employee grievances and issues ensuring timely responses
  • Maintains OSHA 300 logs
  • Maintains employee and management contact lists
  • Performs other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate has the following:

  • HS diploma or equivalent, certification preferred
  • At least 3 years of HR experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • HRIS/Timekeeping software experience
  • Online research skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
