Compensation: $45,888 - $58,000

What You’ll DoAs our Guest Services Manager, you’ll be the heart of the guest experience, leading a dedicated team in providing exceptional service, support, and a welcoming atmosphere. You’ll work closely with the Senior Guest Experience Director to foster relationships with guests and group leaders, ensure high standards at the front desk, and set the tone for an outstanding hospitality experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead & Inspire: Hire, train, and supervise the guest services team to deliver top-tier service.
Build Relationships: Connect with guests and group leaders, ensuring a memorable stay from check-in to check-out.
Elevate Experiences: Maintain a professional, inviting lobby and front desk space, promoting a welcoming atmosphere.
Drive Excellence: Oversee accounting transactions, assist with invoicing, and handle financial accuracy.
Support & Collaborate: Partner with the administration team and the Senior Guest Experience Director to enhance guest interactions and support lodge activities.
What You Bring
Experience: At least 2 years in guest services, with a track record in team leadership and customer satisfaction.
Skills: Strong communication skills, financial acumen, and a knack for handling details with accuracy.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Passion: A customer-focused mindset, striving for excellence in every guest and team interaction.
