Le Meridien Dallas by the Galleria is looking for a new night Auditor!
Full-Time, Overnight

The Night Auditor handles all Night Audit tasks and oversees front desk operations from 11 PM to 7 AM. Key duties include:

  • Registering guests, managing reservations, and preparing daily reports
  • Balancing transactions and conducting security checks
  • Maintaining a friendly, service-oriented demeanor in high-pressure situations
  • Ensuring compliance with hospitality standards and maintaining personal grooming
  • Initiating the End of Day process and running required reports
  • Completing the Night Audit checklist and balancing daily activities
  • Fulfilling front office functions and responding to guest requests overnight
  • Keeping accurate records and being familiar with policies and procedures
  • Conducting nightly walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness and security
  • Handling lost and found items according to standards
  • Completing miscellaneous tasks as assigned by management

The Night Auditor must have previous experience in a hotel environment utilizing LightSpeed.
