Position Overview

HHM Hotels is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Vice President of Sales - Luxury & Lifestyle to lead and oversee sales efforts for a distinguished collection of luxury and lifestyle hotels that are a part of our Echelon Division. This role will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, maximizing market share, and enhancing the visibility of our luxury and lifestyle properties.

Your Focuses

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales goals.
  • Team Development: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and group planners.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Sales Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development to enhance the sales skills and knowledge of your team.
  • Brand Awareness: Develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and visibility.

Your Background and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in a leadership role within the hotel sales industry.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of luxury and lifestyle hotel markets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
