Position Summary:

This is your chance to be part of a Corporate Human Resources team at a top global hospitality company!  As a Manager of HR Technology, you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. On our Global HR Technology Team, this role will be reporting to our Director of HR Technology APAC & EMEA, and you will manage the configuration and support of our HR systems, ensuring that they align with our global HR Systems strategy and vision.

What will I be doing?

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  •    Work with HR Technology Team Leaders on goals to help accomplish department initiatives.
  •    Participate in our continued expansion of HR Systems and finding ways to connect these systems to regional payroll systems in a way that prevents duplicate data input.
  •    Interact with regional key stakeholders on their HR Technology needs by supporting new hotel openings, hotel conversions, and hotels exiting our ecosystem.
  •    Provide training, change management and local language support in region.
  •    Develop, analyze, and audit reports from our HR systems to ensure local compliance and data accuracy.
  •    Develop materials and supporting analysis for presentations to Leadership.
  •    Develop and execute quarterly testing of our HR Systems
  •    Work with the in-region payroll operations teams to ensure that they’re receiving our HR data in a way that results in accurate pay to Team Members.

    How you will collaborate with others:

  •    Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal and other business partners to implement our HR systems policies and procedures.
  •    Partner with the global HR Technology team to ensure that configuration changes within our HR Systems will work in EMEA.

    What projects you will take ownership of:

  •    The Global Expansion of our HR and Payroll systems within EMEA.
  •    The review and execution of configuration changes to our HR and Payroll ecosystem where/when applicable.
  •    Support all of our annual HR cycles across HR modules.

    Requirements

    What are we looking for?

    You have these minimum qualifications:

    To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  •    Extensive relevant professional experience
  •     Strong experience in HR Systems or related field
  •    Proficiency in the use of mass load tools that are used to more efficiently load transactions and data.
  •    Proficiency in producing leadership ready presentations.

    It would be useful if you have:

    It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  •    Experience in using Oracle HCM, Workday or SAP (either Payroll and / or HR modules).
  •    Experience in configuring Oracle HCM, Workday or SAP 
  •    Industry experience in hospitality or a related field
