As a Senior Lead Cyber Security Analyst, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Global Information Security (GIS) team, you will support innovative projects including smartphone capabilities like Digital Key to Hilton Smart Rooms that allow for integrated entertainment, temperature, lighting controls, and 3rd Party Risk Management, Hilton’s Global Technology team is responsible for creating the hospitality experience of the future – for our guests, owners, and Team Members.     How You will Make an Impact

    What will your day-to-day be like? 

    • Conducting technical security assessments, interfacing, and engaging with the customer marketing team
    • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards securing customer and Hilton data
    • Generating requirements and reviewing security artifacts confirming security posture while identifying issues and presenting to leadership and stakeholders.

    How will you collaborate with others?

    • Being part of a collaborative team of Cyber Security subject matter experts who are guiding customers through Hilton development pipelines, assisting with speed to market, and quality output.
    • Working with customers and Team Members from around the world to help implement security solutions that are tailored to the specific risks facing the organization, ensuring standards are implemented and maintained throughout solution lifecycles.

    What projects will you take ownership of? 

    • Focusing primarily on technology based in China, you will be responsible for high-profile enterprise-wide technical solution assessments as well as the Cyber Review process upkeep and evolution to continuously outpace new threats and new technology offerings to Hilton GIS’ customer base.   

    Requirements

    Why You’ll Be a Great Fit

  •    You will have significant experience working in the Technology or related field including risk management.
  •    You have experience reviewing software as service (SaaS) solutions, security control frameworks, architecture/network/data flow diagrams, and can assess underlying components. 
  •    You are knowledgeable on large customer engagement marketing platforms, (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform, Braze, and/or Cheetah).
  •    You are familiar with the unique regulatory and legal obligations related to information systems in China.
  •    It would be useful if you have experience with data warehousing solutions and large data lakes.
  •    You are a social communicator, who will positively influence Hilton’s partners and who will communicate effectively at all levels.  Problem-solving skills to tackle problems effectively and creatively while maintaining a high level of flexibility, professionalism, and integrity.
  •    Familiarity with industry standards, guidelines, and regulatory compliance requirements related to information security and cloud computing (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, Cloud Security Alliance, NIST 800-53, PCI DSS, SOC2).
  •    Certification(s) (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CWSP, GCWN).
  •    Multilingual: English/Mandarin.
  •    Available to travel up to 25% annually.
