Job Description

The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests staying at the hotel. They will be the first point of contact for guests and will be responsible for ensuring that their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for the following:

• Greeting guests as they arrive at the hotel
• Checking guests in and out of the hotel
• Answering guest inquiries and providing information about the hotel and local area
• Assisting guests with their luggage and other needs
• Handling guest complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
• Working closely with other hotel staff to ensure that guests have a seamless experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
