What You'll Do:

The Spa Manager plays a key role in overseeing the daily operations of the spa and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. The Spa Manager is responsible for managing staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for the dermatology industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of spa professionals to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
  • Manage daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive spa revenue and guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure staff productivity and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all services.
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction, ensuring all clients receive personalized attention and care.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, striving to exceed expectations at every opportunity.
  • Monitor client feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall client experience.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and standards governing the operation of a medical spa, including safety, sanitation, and licensing requirements.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining appropriate stock levels
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources and the achievement of financial targets.
  • Monitor revenue and expenses, identify opportunities for cost savings, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Drive sales through effective marketing initiatives, promotions, and upselling techniques.
  • Implement and enforce quality assurance protocols to ensure consistency and efficacy in service delivery.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess facility cleanliness, equipment functionality, and adherence to established protocols.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to continuously improve services and offerings.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a spa management role.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue and guest satisfaction.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience. Must be able to demonstrate leadership by serving as an example to others with regard to professional behavior, handling multiple tasks, maintaining a positive attitude, and in response to organizational change.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required. Must be able to learn new software quickly.
  • Must possess excellent leadership, organizational, and computer skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with staff, board, clients, and the public.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize appropriately, and work well both individually and as part of a team.
  • Ability to use time productively and contribute to high levels of company operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
