The Events Sales Executive implements all Sales activities in their area of responsibility, under the general guidance and supervision of the Conference and Events Sales Manager in collaboration with Commercial Director.
Your role will be to promote, sell and control the events from initial enquiry to contracting. You will be able to efficiently qualify and sell the Hotel for conference and events, to build up powerful customer relationships that deliver repeat business and maximise revenue through actively converting enquiries into confirmed business. You will consistently strive to develop relationships with new and repeat booking customers to increase revenue and demand whilst assisting in training of junior team members. Your goal is to assist in making Hilton events the Market leader.
