Here is what you will be doing each day:

In this role, you will be performing functions of Income Audit, which includes reconciling of transaction source totals with the General Ledger and Revenue Reports, verifying the required authorization and proper documentation of transactions and explaining any variances to these reconciliation. You will be preparing occupancy and sales tax reconciliation, filing tax exempt backup, credit card deposits and process house charges. Other duties will include distributing and organizing hotel reports and records consistently, accurately, and in a timely manner, supervising performance and assisting functions of Accounts Payable, Cashiering and Accounts Receivable associates. Assisting Director of Finance in internal daily audits of cash deposits and transfers. Training, recommending performance evaluations, resolving problems, providing open communication and recommend discipline when appropriate.

• You should be comfortable using bookkeeping software and applications
• Hotel Experience is a must for this position
• 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Detail-oriented to develop accurate financial record
