The Houseperson is responsible for providing guest room attendants with materials and amenities, removing dirty linens from rooms/hallways and performing other duties as required. The Houseperson performs other duties related to housekeeping.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Up to one month related experience or training less than high school education; or equivalent combination of experience and education. Ability to remain calm and poised under pressure. Excellent attention to detail a must. Highly motivated, energetic and quality oriented.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
