Location: Origin Kansas City, 151 Berkley Plaza, Kansas City, MO, 64120

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team at Origin Kansas City. The Night Auditor will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and guest information during the overnight shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform all end-of-day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and room tax
• Verify the accuracy of guest accounts by balancing departmental income, running trial balances, and preparing reports
• Complete and transmit daily management and accounting reports and supporting documents
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of daily reports and other administrative tasks as needed
• Ensure the security of guest information and financial transactions
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in hotel night audit or accounting preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
• Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
