The Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests visiting the location. This includes greeting guests, answering questions, providing information about the facility and its amenities, and resolving any issues or concerns that guests may have. The Guest Service Associate must be friendly, outgoing, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive at the location
- Answer questions and provide information about the facility and its amenities
- Assist guests with any issues or concerns they may have
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
