Requirements to be successful in this role:

• Prior bartending experience in a hotel establishment or similar environment is ideal, but willing to train the food service professional looking to grow their career in the hospitality industry. We are dedicated to thoroughly training & developing our team into hotel leaders through interactive TEAMwork in a positive work environment!
• Hilton brand experience is preferred 
• Must be available work a flexible 4:30 PM-11 PM schedule including weekends and holidays  
• 21+ years old to serve alcohol
• Intimate knowledge of - and experience with - various spirits, classic cocktails, beer, & wine 
• TIPS/ServSafe Alcohol Certification is a plus
• Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions
• Familiarity with basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating drink prices
• Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
• Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
