What you will be doing: 

In this role you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel, troubleshooting issues to determine necessary repairs, performing routine maintenance and preventative maintenance programs, and assisting with housekeeping duties as needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining the building exterior and responding to work orders and service calls to guest rooms in a timely manner.

Requirements to be successful in this role: 

• Prior maintenance experience in a Hilton brand or hotel setting is ideal, but willing to train the right hospitality professional looking to grow their career. We are dedicated to thoroughly training & developing our team into hotel leaders through interactive teamwork in a positive work environment!
• Familiar with basic HVAC, plumbing, drywall PTAC units and electrical systems
• Knowledge of fire protection and life safety systems is also a plus
• Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
• Must be able to lift and move objects 50 lbs up to100 lbs
• Schedule flexibility including weekends, and holidays 
• Work independently 
• Strong work ethic
