Chef de Cuisine - Doyles Pub

Join the prestigious opening team at Doyles Pub, located within Saint John’s Resort, next to the brand new “Cardinal” 18-hole championship golf course! We are on the lookout for an adept Executive Chef to open our brand-new upscale pub experience.  This restaurant will also manage the halfway house and the putting course food. With a commitment to excellence, innovation, and guest satisfaction, we have established ourselves as a leader in the industry.

The ideal candidate will boast a wealth of experience in pubs, golf, or country clubs. Our newly renovated bar, two-story dining room and terrace harmonize with the historic charm of the property, offering a serene terrace overlooking the course for seasonal outdoor dining.

As the Executive Chef, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing all culinary operations within our establishment. Your creative vision, leadership abilities, and culinary expertise will drive the success of our kitchen and ensure the delivery of exceptional dining experiences. The Executive Chef will play a pivotal role in menu development, kitchen management, staff training, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation, while showcasing the finest seasonal ingredients, sourced from local purveyors and farms. Our dynamic beer-centric beverage program will complete the experience, featuring a spectrum of options from Irish favorites to local brews.
