Saint John's Resort, a prestigious AAA Four Diamond Hotel, Conference Center, and Golf Course, is seeking an experienced and passionate Pastry Cook to join our culinary team immediately. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to established recipes and standards.
• Decorate and present pastries in an appealing manner.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Follow the directions of the Pastry Chef for recipe execution, presentation, and overall kitchen coordination.
• Maintain a clean and organized pastry kitchen.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Cook.
• Availability on days, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in pastry preparation.

• Applicants must be at least 17 years old.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check is required.
