• Assistant Restaurant Manager (Mezzerie) (Chefs/Kitchen)

  An Assistant Restaurant Manager oversees all Food and Beverage operations in Mezzerie to ensure high standards of quality and service and responsible for recommending food and beverages and having a thorough and current knowledge of the pool restaurant operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while assisting with achieving departmental targets. The candidate should have experience in working in a pool and beach environment.

• Chef de Partie (Banqueting) (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Chef de Partie (Banqueting) is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes in their assigned section of the kitchen during banquets and large events. They work under the supervision of Sous Chef and ensure that food is of high quality and produced in a timely manner. 

• Junior Sous Chef (Pastry) (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Pastry Junior Sous Chef is responsible for the production and presentation of pastries and other baked goods. Assists the Senior Executive Pastry Chef in the daily activities of the kitchen, including menu development, inventory and purchasing of supplies and cost control.

• Mixologist (Chefs/Kitchen)

• Guest Care Room Technician (Chefs/Kitchen)

  A Director of Sales manages the hotel sales and marketing plans by recommending growth efforts, monitoring progress, and ensuring that the hotel is competitively positioned within the local marketplace.

• Reservations Manager (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Reservations Manager is responsible for overseeing all reservation operations within the hotel to maximize occupancy and revenue while maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction.
