• Spa Manager (Spa)

  Assists in managing the Spa and Health Club operations to ensure profitability, quality standards, and guest satisfaction. Be fully versed on the Chuan and Langham Brand Standards, Forbes Service Standards and Chuan concept & philosophy. Ensure spa colleagues are adhering to hotel policies, standards, procedures and regulations. Maintain outstanding relationships with all areas and leaders in the hotel. Train and coach on a continual basis to ensure standards are maintained.

• Food and Beverage Manager (Food & Beverage)

  To coordinate the activities of the Restaurants, the Bar, and other Food & Beverage outlets as needed to deliver quality products and services to guests. Achieve a high level of guest satisfaction while maintaining high level of service as per Langham Hospitality Group and Forbes standards.

• Banquet Sous Chef (Catering/Banquet)

  Assist the Banquet Chef on all functions of the Banquet Culinary team while delivering quality products and service. Successfully execute the banquet food preparation according to hotel recipes specification

• Security Officer (Security)

  Support departmental leadership to perform protective and enforcement functions in a courteous and restrained manner in coping with emergencies, undesired conduct, disturbances and treats to life and property to maintain a safe and secure environment for colleagues and guest/clients

• Food and Beverage Manager (Food & Beverage)

  Distribute clean uniforms to colleagues, receive soiled uniforms and ensure proper cleaning of such.  Coordinate cleaning of guest and hotel management laundry/dry cleaning, assists with mending of uniforms, operates small washing machines and coordinates and maintains cleanliness in laundry area workspace.

• Guest Service Agent (Guest Services)

  Displays a professional demeanor to all arriving, departing and in-house guests/clients.  Registers guests in/out of the hotel while promoting hotel amenities, services and upsells.  Provide maximum levels of guest service while resolving guest concerns.  Meets Langham Chicago Forbes service standards.

• Guest Service Agent (Guest Services)

  Displays a professional demeanor to all arriving, departing and in-house guests/clients. Registers guests in/out of the hotel while promoting hotel amenities, services and upsells. Provide maximum levels of guest service while resolving guest concerns. Meets Langham Chicago Forbes service standards

• Rooms Coordinator (Rooms Division)

  Supports Front Office Managers and the Director of Rooms by supervising and administering all Front Office Operations to ensure profitability, control costs and uphold quality standards to ensure total guest satisfaction.

• Massage Therapist (Spa)

  Primary responsibility is to deliver excellence in quality Spa services to guests/visitors/members in a timely, courteous and efficient manner.  Escorts clients to and from treatment rooms, attending to any immediate needs throughout Spa visit.  Assists in providing information to any inquiries and helps to coordinate all guest requests for services.

• Rooms Coordinator (Housekeeping)

  Supports Front Office Managers and the Director of Rooms by supervising and administering all Front Office Operations to ensure profitability, control costs and uphold quality standards to ensure total guest satisfaction.
