This person oversees the property-level General Managers to ensure customer satisfaction, profitability, and team member satisfaction. Magna currently has a portfolio of 80 hotels in most major urban markets throughout the country. Asset maintenance and brand compliance are required as our portfolio tends to affiliate with major brands including Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt, and operates within the full service, lifestyle, and select service segments.

• Director of Operational Accounting (Finance/Accounting)

  We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented accounting professional to lead our field accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with hotel operations, PMS and POS systems, and a centralized corporate accounting environment within the hospitality industry.  This role will be pivotal in implementing and providing training in property-level accounting processes.  This role requires expertise in hotel PMS/POS platforms, USALI, and GAAP, and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate challenges and improve processes.  Travel up to 50% may be required.

• Business Intelligence Manager (Finance/Accounting)

  We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Intelligence professional to lead our data/business intelligence operations. The ideal candidate will have experience compiling raw data from various sources and aggregating it into performance. Experience in the hospitality industry is a significant plus, but not required. This role will be pivotal in developing and executing the BI strategy, leveraging data to drive informed decision-making, and ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
