We are in search of our next full-time Payroll Coordinator. This is an excellent career opportunity with a great company. Must be willing to work in the Warwick, RI office, this is not a remote role.
The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Direcotr of Payroll and Benefits with all payroll and benefit-related functions. This includes but is not limited to, maintaining practices that ensure compliance with federal, state and local payroll tax regulations, timely and accurate processing of hourly and salaried pay, and implementation of strong internal controls. The Payroll Coordinator will be the liaison to maintain and update the Payroll System to support all time reporting changes, implementation of new payroll codes, and confirmation of the timely filing of all taxes, audits, and other reporting.
