Position: Part-Time Banquet Cook
Reports to: Executive Chef, Sous Chef

Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Banquet Cook to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will help prepare and cook high-quality meals for special events, parties, and banquets. You will work with a team to ensure that all food is prepared and presented according to our standards, ensuring an excellent experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food for banquets, special events, and large group meals.
• Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure quality and consistency.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet food stations.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment during events.
• Ensure all food safety standards are followed, including proper storage and handling.
• Assist with food prep and any other kitchen duties as needed during events.

Work Schedule:

• Part-time position, approximately 32 hours per week.
• Flexible schedule, with hours based on event needs.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and possibly holidays, depending on the event schedule.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or banquet cooking environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during busy banquet events.
• Ability to follow recipes and cooking techniques accurately.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
