Pot / Dish Washer

Position: Part-Time Dishwasher
Reports to: Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef

Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Dishwasher to join our team. In this role, you will help keep our kitchen running smoothly by ensuring all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are cleaned and ready for use. You will work closely with the kitchen team to maintain a clean, organized environment that supports efficient food preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area.
• Ensure all items are properly sanitized and stored after washing.
• Assist with kitchen cleanup tasks as needed, such as sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash.
• Follow all safety and cleanliness guidelines.
• Support the kitchen staff by providing clean dishes during busy periods.

Work Schedule:

• Part-time position, approximately 32 hours per week, with the possibility of up to 40 hours based on business needs.
• Flexibility to work morning and night shifts, including weekends.
• The schedule will vary depending on the level of business and the team's needs.

Key Requirements:

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow safety and cleanliness standards.
• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and in a hot, humid environment.
• Previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen maintenance is a plus, but not required.
