What You'll Do:
In this vital role, you’ll help set the stage for success by:

• Transforming Event Spaces: Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and other equipment according to event specifications.
• Collaborating with the Team: Work closely with servers, bartenders, and event coordinators to create flawless setups.
• Maintaining High Standards: Ensure all spaces are clean, organized, and prepared for guests, exceeding expectations.
• Staying Flexible: Adapt to last-minute changes and special requests with efficiency and a positive attitude.
• Handling Equipment with Care: Properly transport, store, and maintain banquet supplies and equipment.
• Pitching In: Assist with event breakdown and reset for future functions.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Previous event setup or hospitality experience is preferred but not required. A can-do attitude and attention to detail are key!
• Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical Requirements: Be prepared to lift and move up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and handle a physically active role.
• Availability: Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as events demand.
