What You'll Do:
As a Banquet Bartender, you’ll be the life of the party, ensuring guests enjoy exceptional service while you:

  • Deliver a Warm Welcome: Greet every guest with a smile and respond promptly to their requests.
  • Show Off Your Mixology Skills: Craft and garnish beverages that wow, adhering to our high standards.
  • Stay in the Know: Verify IDs and serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with laws and company policies.
  • Handle Transactions with Ease: Accurately manage payments using our point-of-sale system, process cards, handle cash, and issue vouchers.
  • Keep It Stocked & Spotless: Ensure the bar is fully stocked and sparkling clean, from glassware to garnishes.
  • Work with Energy: Embrace a fast-paced environment with enthusiasm, tackling additional projects as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: While previous bartending or hospitality experience is a plus, we value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn above all.
  • Skills: Basic reading, writing, and math skills are essential.
  • Physical Requirements: Be ready to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in warm environments near equipment.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Your Path to Success:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 1-3 months of related experience or training.
