Description
1.负责实现自己的市场部分的客房，餐饮和季节性产品的目标。
2.代表酒店通过客户关系管理，与本地和国际市场的客户保持密切的联系并推销酒店。
3.高效认知和掌握销售线索。
4.代表酒店参加国际及国内的销售活动。
5.发挥创造力，为酒店的产品及部门做出应有的贡献。
6.在销售拜访的活动中，按照集团办公室规定实施交叉销售。
7.准备销售报告，确保市场及客户信息的准确性，以便于工作的跟进。
8.积极地传播产品信息，在负责的市场内营造酒店的知名度。
9.协助配合开发制作所有酒店促销材料。
10.管理客户档案数据库，手工或以电脑更新客户档案。
11.严格遵守Hilton品牌要求，完成安排的工作任务。
12.完成酒店管理层交代的其他任务。
Requirements
1.相关专业优先，销售背景。
2.有2年以上国际五星级品牌酒店岗位工作经验者尤佳。
3.流利的普通话表达能力及良好的沟通协调能力及激励人才的技能。
4.性格开朗，具备一定的抗压能力。
