Description
1.协助总经理及营运总监确认日常行程及会议的安排。
2.管理行政支持中心日常事务。
3.以确保各项工作顺利进行且有提高，检查邮件中每日大副日志、每日报表、夜巡记录表及JA报告，并与所有管理层分享客人评论及意见。对于SEP，需每日回复客评并分享。
4.酒店营收相关合同管理。
5.每日检查邮件，及时分享最新的集团和酒店信息及活动咨询。及时响应活动号召，按时参与会议并完成跟进事宜。妥善管理机密邮件及信息，及时回复邮件等。
6.集团质量品牌检查的相关文件的收集和管理。
7.协助营运部门日常沟通及处理任务工作的协调。
Requirements
1.本科及以上学历。
2.有2年以上国际五星级品牌酒店同岗位工作经验者尤佳。
3.流利的普通话和英语表达能力，良好的沟通协调能力及激励人才的技能。
4.性格开朗，具备一定抗压能力。
