The iconic Beverly Hilton is looking for an Executive Banquet Chef to join the Culinary Team!

This Forbes 4-Star hotel has over 500 rooms, 60,000 square of feet of banquet space, and 4 food and beverage outlets. This includes 2 restaurants, a lounge, and in-room dining.
In this role, you will oversee a team of 20-30 experienced union cooks and report directly to the Executive Chef.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of culinary leadership experience, 2 of those years in a banquet setting. It is preferred that this candidate also have experience following union guidelines.
What will I be doing?
As an Executive Banquet Chef, you would be responsible for the coordination, planning and supervision of the production and presentation of food served at all banquet events in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Salary Range: The annual salary range for this role is between $120-$130,000 annually and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
